Competition Update – Draw Dates

Dear Competiown Customers,

We would like to provide an important update regarding our current competitions.

As many of you are aware, we are currently in the process of onboarding a new payment provider. Whilst this process is progressing well, it is taking longer than initially anticipated due to the compliance and verification requirements involved.

As a result, we have made the decision to extend the closing and draw dates of our active competitions. This will allow us to complete the onboarding process properly and ensure we can continue to provide a secure and compliant service for all entrants.

We appreciate that many of you are eagerly awaiting the draws, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured that all competitions remain active, all entries remain valid, and every competition will be drawn once the revised dates are confirmed.

We will continue to provide regular updates and announce the new draw dates as soon as the payment provider onboarding process has been completed.
