We want to give you a clear update about our payment provider delay, what this may mean for our draw dates, and questions raised about our company.

Payment provider delay and draw dates

Our payment provider onboarding process has been delayed by nine months. This has affected our planned timetable, and we may need to push our draw dates back further.

We understand how frustrating this uncertainty is, especially if you have already entered. We are sorry for the delay. We will publish confirmed dates and any further changes on this page so you can keep track of developments.

Our first year of trading

The 2026/27 tax year is Competiown's first year of trading. We are aware of Trustpilot feedback questioning whether the business is genuine and referring to dormant company accounts. We understand why those comments may cause concern, and we take those concerns seriously.

Our first year of trading and the references to dormant accounts are important points to distinguish. We do not want customers to rely on reassurance alone: please check the dates and reporting periods shown in the company's official public filings when reviewing its history.

We know that trust is earned through clear information and follow-through. Our aim with this update is to explain the delay honestly, acknowledge your concerns, and keep you informed rather than promise a timetable we cannot yet confirm.
